The seller lied to customs about product and price in order to get the product through customs but got caught trying to ship the product into Thailand without the product being certified. The product by FDA requirements has to be certified and customer should be aware of this. Because of the seller’s actions the $880.00 product cost me almost $1,300.00 due to fines and clearing process. He wanted me to return the product and resend it under another name, still knowing it needs certification. I took the correct actions to certify the machine and paid the fines and taxes as not to cheat customs out of their due fees. People like this seller hurts the worlds countries of their due taxes and fees. Worse the seller said it isn’t lying because her is trying to save the customers money. Let me get this straight, it isn’t lying as long as he is saving the customer money and cheating customs in the receiving country. Well it sure never saved me any money. So I ask the seller, how did it work?
